How Hours Work
Your Hours, Protected
Every tier includes a set number of hours, listed above. That's not a limitation; it's what keeps the work focused, well-planned, and genuinely useful instead of rushed to fit whatever time is left over.
If a month calls for more - a bigger campaign, an extra project, a request outside the original scope - additional time is billed at $100 CAD per hour. You'll always know before any extra work begins. Nothing is added to your invoice without your sign-off first.
